Site Audits
Site Audits are completed to assist property managers and chief engineers to identify, sample, manage and dispose of non-hazardous and hazardous waste materials. These audits are conducted on existing tenants, vacated spaces where unknown materials are left behind and existing operations that require regulatory compliance, inventory and disposal. CNS acts as an owner’s liaison providing training, regulatory agency interaction, record keeping, permitting and disposal.
Universal Waste Management
Universal Waste Management is accomplished within an operating business or prior to renovations in order to classify regulated materials for proper disposal in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. CNS acts as an owner’s liaison providing training, management plans, regulatory agency interaction, record keeping and disposal.
Soil Disposal
CNS provides soil management and disposal services to the construction and remediation industries in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. CNS provides a turn-key service utilizing owner-operated equipment to classify soils to produce and manage a soil disposal plan.
